“Just listen to the rhythm of my heart!
There’s a chance we could make it now
We’ll be rocking ’til the sun goes down!”

And rock they did.¬†On the day of Jessica and Nate’s wedding, it was supposed to rain all day. But the morning of the wedding, God had other plans and held off all the rain until about 8 o’clock at night.¬†Instead, for the ceremony and the majority of the reception, it was a cool (for Memphis) 70 degrees with a nice breeze coming through the trees.

And the day only got better. The ceremony was beautiful and the BBQ they served at the reception was even better (side note: If anyone knows of good BBQ in Colorado Springs, let me know because I haven’t found anything that compares to Memphis BBQ!) By the end of the night, when it finally started raining, it sure didn’t rain on their parade, because, just like the song, they were rocking well after the sun went down…
